JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • An independent user of English, supported by results from Cambridge English Qualifications,
  • SPM 1119, MUET, IELTS, TOEIC.
  • Possesses a basic degree or post-secondary qualification
  • Possesses (or willing to obtain) a teaching qualification such as CELTA, CertTESOL, TEFL degree,
  • CELT, CIDTL or equivalent
  • Enjoys working with children and school age learners
  • Prior experience in teaching or education preferred
  • Passionate fresh graduates are welcomed - training provided!

CEFL HQ (Petaling Jaya)

There are two available positions:

- Senior Exam Executive

- Senior Finance Executive


Job title: Senior Exam Executive

To support the daily operations of the Exams Department.

Your key responsibilities include:-

  1. Disseminating information, answering enquiries, and dealing with matters regarding the Cambridge Assessment English examinations with Centre Managers, candidates, and parents.
  2. Receiving and securely storing examination papers, checking all required papers are received and distributed as required.
  3. Responsible for the collecting and despatching of examination scripts in accordance with regulations, ensuring records are kept of their postage and deadlines are met.
  4. Managing the running of the examinations. This includes ensuring that all examination venues have the required materials for the start of the examination and arrangements for candidates with special arrangement needs are in place.
  5. Producing the examination timetables for each examination venue and for each examination period, ensuring that the requirements of accommodation availability, Speaking Examiners, Supervisors, Invigilators, and Marshalls are in accordance with regulations.
  6. Overseeing the downloading, receiving, checking, and distribution of results and certificates. These are done on time and accurately.
  7. Producing analyses of examination results as soon as practicable.

The job requirements: -

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education, TESL, English Linguistics or related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
  3. Good written and verbal command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  4. Strong computer skills including Excel, Work, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Able to operate a computerised administrative system/database and produce reports from the database
  5. Excellent organisation and communication skills
  6. A person with integrity, dependable, responsible, meticulous, detailed, and able to work under minimum supervision
  7. Ability to work under pressure and within deadline

Job title: Senior Finance Executive

To support the daily operations of the Finance Department.

Your key responsibilities include:-

  1. Maintain and oversee the company’s general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  2. Check revenue and collection data from the system in order to rectify variance before finance closing.
  3. Involving in periodical account closing
  4. Assist in audit & corporate income tax process

The job requirements: -

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of proven experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. ERP, SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Good verbal communication skills in English. The ability to converse in Chinese would be an added advantage.
